After securing pre-approval for a St. Louis County SAVES™ Home Energy Loan the next step is to find an authorized energy assessment provider to help you identify qualifying improvements and initiate the loan application process.
Note: St. Louis County SAVES™ does not endorse any particular contractor, but maintains a directory of contractors that have applied and been authorized to participate in the program. While the contractors in our directory have met certain requirements for participation, you will be entering into a direct relationship with the contractor of your choice and it is important that you review their credentials, qualifications, and references to make an informed decision. Please also note that the Program does not warrant any of the work performed and that you are responsible for working directly with your selected contractor to ensure that all work is performed to your satisfaction.
